Output Access Forms to XLS??

This is the best access forum out there. I thought after busting my brain trying to figure this out, maybe somebody here could provide some input. I have a form that consists of 4 subforms. I am able to output 1 of the forms using "DoCmd.OutputTo acForm, "formname", acFormatXLS". My problem is that I need to output the other 3 forms into the same excel workbook that the first is output to? I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Let me know if there is any other info that is needed!

Use the transfer spreadsheet method. Use a different query [sql] for each subform but each query must output to the same file [using the transfer spreadsheet method]. Each query will create a worksheet in the same workbook. Search around for this has been asked and answered before.
