Hi everybody
I have used the following command to output to a word doc
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "stdletter", acFormatRTF, "stdlet.rtf", -1
"stdletter" being a report with the current customers address in the top left for a letter heading. This works fine except that when the word doc appears, the spacing before paragraphs is set to 14.1 (Format - paragraph - space before paragraph) and I want 0.0. ary ideas how I can change this programatically without the user going to the menu and changing it.
