I have a report that has 6 sub-reports in it. When I run the report, everything fits in one page, but I have 75 other pages that are identical to the first. For the life of me, I can't see what I did wrong.

Any ideas?

My guess is that your main report's data source is based on a query that should be/is the data source of a sub-report.

Whats the datasource of the main report? If its a query, post the SQL.

The main report is unbound. All of the sub-reports have their own queries.

They are similar to this one (apart from the shift):

Code:
SELECT [tbl eidandname].Shift, [tbl eidandname].[First Name], [tbl eidandname].[Last Name], [tbl eidandname].[Tech ID], [tbl eidandname].Job, Switch([Job]="Supervisor",1,[Job]="Team Lead",2,[Job]="Coordinator",3,[Job]="Lift Operator",4) AS Expr1
FROM [tbl eidandname]
WHERE ((([tbl eidandname].Shift)="1st") AND (([tbl eidandname].Job) Not In ("Trainer","General Manager","Operations Manager","Label Room","Label Room Supervisor")))
ORDER BY Switch([Job]="Supervisor",1,[Job]="Team Lead",2,[Job]="Coordinator",3,[Job]="Lift Operator",4), [tbl eidandname].[Last Name];

Sometimes the simplest things get overlooked. lol

Thank you all for your replies!
