Page Breaks

is there a way in A97 to insert a page break into a report to where i would like it.

There isn't a "Insert Page Break" like there is in Word. You can add page breaks before and after any section. Using the "Sorting and Grouping" you should be able to get the page breaks where you want. Post some more detail if you are still stuck.
