page connects to oracle

Hi,
i wanted to design a form in access which just accepts user selections
like two radio buttons and enter some values in grid and when i press submit button it has to call one oracle procedure with the arguments derived from the options.

Iam totally new to microsoft programming.please suggest basic coding for the above form.
