Page UP Page Down - Stop making it go to next form when you get to end of form

Yes, I've posted before but no correct answer yet. When I use Page Down and Page Up on a form, I don't want it to go to the next form when I get to the beginning or end of the form. I just want it to stop. Does anyone no how to accomplish this?? Thanks.
