Hi all.

got me-self a new job! and they have a database which creates quotations (amongst other things) which logs a numerical number for that quote, the problem is the report is absolutely aweful, I have reformatted it to look more professional, however I would like to format the 'callouts' to look like this:

1. To supply a micky mouse piece of equipment £1,200.00

2. To manufacture and install go faster stripes on your Citreon
## 2CV in the following colours, Blue, Green, Orange and Peuce
## to your supplied design ############# £8,590.52

Total £9,790.52
Note all prices subject to V.A.T.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

## equals spaces !!!
any pointers, would be greatfully welcomed //- Paul

Paul,

I don't think that what you propose is worth the effort for the
following reasons:

You will need to write code to break up your memo field into
individual lines. You need to do this to insert the spaces
(a Tab would be better). Your code will have to realize that
it shouldn't split words. Your code will have to "pad" the
memo at the end to bolt on the price. That's a lot of work.

2. To manufacture and install go faster stripes on your Citreon
## 2CV in the following colours, Blue, Green, Orange and Peuce
## to your supplied design ############# £8,590.52

just some thoughts...
