Hi Gang!
So here's the issue I have and have spent 6 hours trying to find how to resolve. Today we went into an existing form (frmOrders) and deleted a few options and added a few new options. We called the new version (frm_Orders_New_Test). We changed no queries that the original form used upon opening, and kept the original form in large just a few edits. So the form wan't quite what we wanted so we deleted frm_Orders_New_Test.

Here's the issue now. When we open frmOrders we get a parameter entry box asking for a value for Form!frm_Order_New_Test!cboOrderVendorID.

Incidentally this was one combo box that was already on the original form and we kept it the same, no edits.

If I just click "OK" or "Cancel" I get the same Parameter box 2 more times then frmOrders finaly opens.

I know that the normal cause of this is because of a query change referencing this cbo but we didn't change the query or a property of the form itself being sourced to this cbo which is not the case, I have been through every item and label on the form.

Can someone PLEASE help!? :)

Thanks,
Mike

The form could be corrupted.

Did you change its name with NameAutoCorrect enabled? This may have changed its name in the query or just confused Access so that it lost track of it. Some developers call NAC "NameAutoCorrupt".

This can also corrupt the query even though you didn't do anything to it.

Try pasting its SQL to a new query.
