Parameter Value in the form of a drop-down?

I'm creating a report right now based on a query. Currently, there is a parameter value that pops up asking for the year, group, etc. in order to set the query parameters. However, I would like for the pop-up box to contain a combo box of options instead of a blank text box. Does anyone know if this is possible??
