Pareto Charts

I have a chart which shows the type of defects and a datalabel shows how many. For instance I may have #1 short, #9 sinks, #3 discoloration

How do I make the chart show #9, then #3 and finally #1?

It's based on query:
DESCREP_DESCRIPTION
Group By
Ascending

& its Count: Count(*), the types of defects. I played with trying to get it so sort but it doesnt' seem to work

Add an Order By clause and use DESC:


Select ...
From ...
Group by ...
Order By DefectType DESC

In your query, you can't sort by defect type (DESC)? You're certainly grouping by them.
