Passing Query Values

Hi All,

Please forgive my ignorance if this is easy to answer.

I have a query where it requests the [Start Date] and [End Date] of a specific field and obviously the dates in between are returned.

As I have six other fields which are of the same type but hold different information on date of completion, I want to pass this initial value through to the others.

Can anyone please explain how to do this?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Not sure exaxctly what you're asking here. Sounds like you have a parameter query where you have it prompt you for the [Start Date] and [End Date] fields. If that's the case, and you want to use [Start Date] and [End Date] in other fields in your parameter query, just place the exact same prompt in the criteria line for the other fields. Access won't ask you for the same-named criteria twice. It will just use it twice.
