Password protect code

Downloaded a sample Db from somewhere the other day, looked quite good so I thought I would check the code. When I opened the VB window, instead of asking for the password it brought up a msgbox say "You must purchase the full version" or something.
Expected the code to be protected. Fair enough. But was suprised by the msgbox. Very professional. Just wondering how this is done.

whats ur email address

I havn't got a msgbox on my code like the other guy, just a password (could put one on if i realy wanted).

But there are plenty of other examples of msgbox's and inputbox's.
