PDF Adding up of Date

Hello....

Here is what I am trying to do. I am new at pdf so please forgive if I do not no the correct terminology. I did a search for date format but I wasn't coming up with what I was looking for.

I have two text boxes: one is birth date the other is age. What I would like to do is have a person enter their DOB and have the age box populate the age box.
