PDF error

I wanted to save my reports at work in PDF format, so I downloaded the Microsoft Add-in, per the instructions.... Downloaded/installed fine. When I go to my report to "Save As" the PDF option is now available, but when I actually save it, I get a long error message about the format and I need to re-run Access (not an option) or, if I know how, do something with the Microsoft Registry. HuH?!?! So I just tried downloading/installing the same Add-in here at home - no problem - and I can save the reports without receiving the error.
Any ideas for a quick, simple fix?!?! THANKS!
