hi,
I have a table that stores the monthly depreciation of Assets. The structure of the table is as follows:
[Asset#]-[Depreciation Date(DD/MM/YYYY)]-[Depreciation Amount]-[Asset Account No]-[Company No]
I want to create a query that will give me the Total depreciation per [Asset Account No] for each month . ie e.g.
AccountNo. Jan Feb March April .......
1 200 150 200 175 ..............
2 500 450 500 475 ..............
3 300 250 300 275 ..............
....
....
....
I know it will be a Cross-Tab query, but i dont know how to create it. Moreover how can I restrict the depreciation for a specific [Company No] (i.e. Assets of only this company No. appear in the total.)
Any Ideas???
Thanks
