Percentage error

I have a field on my report

=Sum([Achieved])/Count([Surname])*100 & "%"

with decimal place at 2 and format at Percent.

This works fine except that it doesnt round to 2 and instead gives the percentage like 46.666666666667%

I tried to run it without % added at the end of the formula but it gives me a percentage of 4666.67%..

Have I done something wrong? Obviously I have I just cant see it

ooops... found my mistake.. if you format the control to percent you dont need the *100 and neither do you need the %

so it looks like this instead
=Sum([Achieved])/Count([Surname])
