I am really needing some help with this. I have a patient table which has fields PatientID and ProviderID, so I can produce a query that shows me how many patients each provider has; however, I need a report (query) that can show me what perecnt of a provider's patient have for example an asthma visit, etc,. I have a table for different patient conditions with visit dates I also have other queries that have produce the criteria for the list that I need. For example is an asthma patient has been within the past yr they are considered eligible, so I have a report that shows those patients and I can list it by provider. In plain math I would say Asthma patients/Total patients per provider, but unsure how to design this in access. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
