Percentages on Reports

Hi there,

I currently have a chart that displays stats (# of incidents in a hospital per ward). Currently there are 10 wards in the hospital, but I only show 8 of them in the chart. What I want to do is have a little table beside the chart that shows the name of the ward as well the percentage of incidents compared to the rest of the hospital. Any idea on how I can make this little table on a report?

Use text boxes

I assume you have a total incidents field somewhere in the report...if so

On the actual report add text boxes, in the control source type:

=[Name of the field containing number of incidents per ward]/[name of the field containing total incidents]
