PHP Invoice form

Hi,
does anyone know of a decent tutorial or template to create an invoice form using PHP?

I have created a databse in mySql which uses access as a front end for the nice interface and reporting features. The database will also be accessed via the internet however to create customer invoices etc but my PHP knowledge is limited to say the least.

i was hoping to make the design similar to my access invoice form where the customer is selected from the combo box and the other details are entered automatically. Products can then be selected in a similar manner and then all this information is saved to the invoice/invoice details tables.
