Pivot Table Has No Data

I am trying to create a pivot table that will display and sort data from multiple tables simultaneously. I have selected all the fields that I want involved in the pivot table (really all the fields in my database), and used the wizard to create the table, but when I look at the drilldowns, they are all empty. The headers are there and can be moved about at will, but when I try to open/drilldown the headers I see none of the data from my tables. All I see is a little checkbox next to "All." How can I address this problem? Any help would be highly appreciated.
