I hope this makes sense as it's trick to explain but hoping someone can help.
I have a pivot table with values in.
The left hand heading are Job No. & Category, with month across the top and value £ as the data.
The Job No has a total on it....
Job No Analysis Code Category Jan value
1000 Non Print Purhcase Invoice -13,000
Print Sales Invoice 5000
100 Total 8000
Now there can be mutiple purchase invoices and sales invoice rows, and for each row it is a pivoted up sum of many rows. Is there anyway I can include % of total in the data ? for example show the % of the -13000 against the 8000 and same for the sales invoice.
Any help would be much appreciated. I've thought about inserting calculated fields but I can't do a sum on the value against itself...
