Hi, I have a pivot table that keeps a running total of contracts sent, places booked, revenue etc. The problem is that in the places booked field in the PT, it isn't bringing up the actual number that is in my access table. It just puts '1' wherever there is an entry instead of the '5' or '19' that is in the table. I have checked all the field names etc., and that it's getting info from the correct table etc. and I've tried everything I can think of. The revenue field brings up the numbers ok. Does anyone know what I am missing here?
