Pivot table report

I've been trying to think about how to go about doing this but I'm stuck.

I basically will be receiving 3 data dumps every month.
1) Last Year's Total
2) Current Year's Month to date Total
3) Last Year's Month to date Total

For example if the current month is March of 2008. I would get

1) Last Year's Total (Will stay the same) Jan to Dec 2007
2) Total of Jan through March 2008 (Current Year)
3) Total of Jan through March 2007 (Last Year)

All 3 tables look the same. There is a Balance colum and Revenue column.

In my report I need to show a Balance table and Revenue table:

BALANCE TABLE

Last Years Total Bal Jan-Mar 2007 Bal Jan-Mar 2008 Bal

Product 2
Product 3
Product 4

REVENUE TABLE


Last Years Total Rev Jan-Mar 2007 Rev Jan-Mar 2008 Rev

Product 3
Product 4

The problem is I don't know how to get the Balance or Revnue volume from each table into one query without it creating duplicate records.

Can anyone assist?
