Pizzeria Orders: Quantity of pizzas and pizza quantity pizza size PLEASE HELP!

Hi I'm making a database for a pizzeria and I don't know how to make so that my table shows the number of pizzas the customer ordered, pizza type (i.e. meat lovers, supreme, pineapple), and pizza size (Medium, Large, Extra-Large). Any help is deeply appreciated.
