Playing around, milage calculator

Hi All, I'm just kind of goofing around and I thought it would be fun to build a milage calculator. I'm going to make a table with all the trip details ie gallons used, miles driven, time between fills etc. So looking at making a form for entering all this info, how can I put multiple milage/gallon boxes on the form but not limit it to a set number of fields???
