Hi gurus

Backgroud:
I have built a very simple database which essentially has a form with buttons which shows the results of various queries based on a criteria entered in a text box at the top of the form on separate individual forms . I was having some issues in that some of the forms were only returning one record whereas the query had multiple records. I played around with the forms and managed to get them to show all the records and everything seemed to be ready after a few more tests.

Problem:
As it seemed ready to roll out to the users I went into access options and chose to hide the navigation pane, disallow layout and design view, hid the main ribbons and changed a few other optoins so that user would not be able to alter the underlying tables and queries. After closing and reopening the database the options I chose were in effect but the same *^&"$! issue arose where the forms are showing only one of the query records. Now I need to get back to the database without all the disabled options and I cannot seem to do it. I just told my boss everything was all good and they will have the database for use this afternoon. So simply put I am in the dwang!

Please can anyone let me know how I can reset the options so that I may see the tables, queries etc in design mode and make the required changes.

Your help, if this is possible will be hugely apppreciated!!

Hi again

I have rediscovered how to get back to where I was - shoo! however could anyone tell me why a form based on a query would choose to only show on record of the underlying query results?

Thanks
