Please suggest how to make block diagram

Hello,
I am a new to this forum.
I am developing one software in access 2000. Now where i stuck up is...
Customer is asking for " process flow chart" (steps in block diagram)
the requirement is as below..

For a pen there are below operations
1. moulding
2. cleaning
3. polishing
4.assembly

Now these flow of operation is to be presented in block diagram. Please suggest me how do I do this in accesss? (in form or report)

If you want to outline your processes in a schematic way, I would not use Access. I would suggst to use MS Visio or Power point instead.
Access is a database and has limited capabilities where it comes to visualization of business processes.

Dear Rak,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Actually I have developed database in access and this is a one business requiremetnt to be fulfilled through acess. is there any add inns available?

The only charts that you can use in Access are those to capture statistics, but these are not flow charts.
You might create a process flow chart in Power point and insert that in your form or report.
Open the form in design mode : go to > insert object> select MS power point presentation.
