i am designing a database for a driving school. im my database i have the following forms: add pupil, book lesson, create invoice, update pupil records.

on the book lesson page, i want it so that there is a 'check availability' button that i can click on which wil lead me to a page where i can enter a date, and once i have entered a date, all the lessons which are already booked on that date so i can see what other dates are available. i also want to be able to print this page with the list of lessons on?

how do i do this pleasee

You've got a few questions there and there aren't straightforward answers to your questions. You would need to start trying to build the queries, forms and reports yourself. My advice would be to map out a plan and draw a data-flow diagram so you understand the flow of things.

At this very early stage in your development, I would like to offer you some links to free online tutorials:

Access 2003
Access 2007

There are lots of threads on this forum which cover all of what you've asked so it would be a matter of searching. Once you've gone through the tutorials, you've begun step 1 and get stumped then we would be able to help.
