Populate field in tabbed form

This is probably quite simple, but I cannot seem to get a grasp of it.

I have a form set up with two tabs on it. The first tabbed form lists all the employees in the database and is set as a continuous form. I have a select button for each employee in the list that I want to be able to click on and have the form move to Tab 2 on the same form, with all that particular employees details shown.

Can someone show me how to achieve this.
