Populate table with OLE Object from form (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I am looking for help. I looked at the forum without finding exactly what I am trying to do.
Is it possibile to populate a table with OLE Object (picture) from a form with comboboxes? Thank you.

You can use a "plain" short text field to
save the location of the image.

or use Attachment field.
