Populating Combox boxes

Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm using Access 2003 version and had difficult times trying to pupolate two combo boxes; combo box1 and combo box2.
combo box1 contains Regions such as Abuja, Bwari, Nyanya. Each of the Regions has Towns. Abuja has asokoro, garki, maitama, wuse;
Bwari has pw, resettlement, dutse;
Nyanya has timbershed, area2, area3.
Please kindly show me how to populate Towns and other text boxes such that selecting any Region there will be corresponding town in combo box2.

Make 2 tables that contain the regions and cities seperatly.
Make sure that the cities table contains a foreign key to which region they belong.

Now search the forum on how to use "Cascading combobox"-es and you should be good to go.
