Population Many Records

I have a quick question about populating many records with the same data.

Is there any way to populate many records with same data? I have one column in a table that needs the same information copied to each record. I will be exporting this to Excell for conversion in to another database.

I know I can do this in Excell, but I would like to figure it out in Access.

An update query should do the trick.
