Preventing Autoloading form

I have a form that opens whenever I open my database. It opens as if I went and hit open from the database list box. How do I prevent this form from opening whenever I open the database?

It's probably set up as the startup form in the Tools, Startup dialogue box under "Display Form/Page". To stop it permanently, choose "(None)". To stop it just once, hold down the shift key as you open the database.
