In my quandry, I am able to set up with code and query that I can select a product and then it will show the price dependent on the customer banding. i.e. select one product at a time. However, with 20000 customers and 300 products will be time consuming.

What I am banging my head with is what I want to do is display all products from the products table for each customer on the customer form.

i.e. Customer Form will have a tab for pricing and then a list of 300 products with unique pricing for each customer.

If anyone has a sample db, would be very grateful.

Shout if need any more details...

This does not sound that hard if you know how to attack it.

Maybe I'm over-simplifying things, but how about making a query containing the product+priceinfo+costumerID, and then displaying this in a subform on your Customer Form, linking the ID fields?

Thanks for your reply.

Attached is a sample db, what I want to do is when I go the pricing tab for each customer, I want to see a list of all products and then if I want uniquely change the price.

At present the sample shows that I would need to select each product for each customer.

I am sure that it is something stupid that I am missing...

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
