Print preview and multiple records

Hello,

I'm new to access 2007. I'm trying to create a report that I can print for all records within my database. The report is to show individual's class selections for an event my company has put together. I have the form created however; when I veiw the report in print preview it seems to cut off the bottom of the report as if I've run out of space however; there's much white space remaining. Is there additional page settings I need to set to fix this?

My second question is, how do I print the report for each record, it appears to only print for the first record.

Please let me know if I need to provide additional information. Any assistance I could get would be greatly appreciated.

I've actually resloved the issue I was having with printing each record. However; I'm still having issues with all of the content of the report showing on one page. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If I understand you question correctly your pagefooter is too large. Make it as small as possible to see how it works.
