Print Preview Different than Printed

I have a report with conditional formatting on a few items. On the print preview the colors are correct, but when actually printed some of the colors change. If I export to a PDF all the colors are correct. Have tried on multiple computers... all the same outcome.

I am by no means an expert in access, but most things I can figure out. This has me stumped. :banghead:

Hi,

Sounds like the issue is with the printer and not Access. Access can only tell the printer what colour it wants, if the printer doesn't translate the data correctly then what your experiencing happens.

I thought this too, but along with multiple computers I have also tried 3 different printers. So I don't think it's printer.
