I created a report from a query, I need that report to be exported somewhere where users would not need Access to view report. If possible to keep all formats of report. all help will be appreciated

There are a couple of options. The one that enables you to keep all formatting (I believe) uses the Snapshot Viewer, a small separate free download/installation program. You can also export reports to Word using the "Publish It With.." option.

There are several relevant help files under "snapshot" dealing with this, as well as exporting as html or a Data access page.
