I've created a rather large DAP for email distribution, When I print it I get page #1 blank, page#2 blank and page #3 with most but not all the fields.
Joe, I see this post is quite old...did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem...I really need to print the DAP and don't want to have to create another identical form just to get a printout of it.
