printing forms

I want to print the records in my forms by themselves but it keeps on printing out each and every record, so if i want 1 record printed out it prints out all 20 of my records! what shall i do?

This has been posted here many times before. Do a search on "Print record".

You need to apply the filter in the report properties, that's assuming you are printing through a report.

Do a search of the forum for "printing current record" or "printing one record"

There has been plenty of threads about this subject.

thanks guys, but spacepro that code you typed out in the link provided, should I just add this to the current code? if so in any particlualr position or what? I have had no need to tamper with the code up until now.

Why don't you put a new button on your form and put the code behind the button supplied to make sure it works in your app, if it does then use the code. (It shoud work, currently works on 3 db's)

If it doesn't then just delete the button.

Doing this will not undo anything you have already done.
