Printing report from form including subform

Hi there,

I am trying to save my form that i have created as a report by right clicking on the form and choosing save as report. However, my form includes a subform but the subform does not show up in the report. Any ideas as to why this and how it can be shown????

You will need to create a subreport in the main report. Do this when the main report is in design mode.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for this i have had a go at doing this but i'm having problems. At the moment the forms show an enquiry summary for companies and then the subform shows a summary of the contact i have made with the matching companies. However when i try to create the same in the report the subreport repeats the contact summary for EACH enquiry within one company so if one company has made 3 enquiries i see 3 summaries of my contact when i really want to see just 1 summary!! Any ideas???
