Printing Rports

I have created a report in ACCESS using an EXCEL spreadsheet of teachers listed by school (160 teachers from 70 schools). I want to print a separate report by school with every teacher in that school on the report. I have the report set up alright, but when I print the reports, I get one teacher per report, instead of one report per school with all of the teachers from that school.

What do I do?

The grouping of your report is incorrect. I suggest that you rebuild the report using the Access Report Wizard, with particulafr attention to the grouping and to sorting teachers.

I did use the wizard. At what step along the way do I set the grouping?
