I have form which I have converted to a report using the guide here:

I have set it so it only opens a report with the ID of the current record the form is on.
My problem is that the form the report is being generated from contains 2 subforms for selecting items to add to the order. These subforms with the item details are not showing up on the report.
How can I make this work? Or is there a better method for getting everything on a form (Including subforms) on to a report?
