i am experiencing a relatively strange problem (at least to me!)
i have a database split frontend/backend...both files are on the server in different folders...i can't have the frontend stored in each user's terminal since each user only has a thin client connecting to a Citrix central server..so everything resides on the network...this is on the whole working fine even when multiple users are using the system (same front-end).
however i have a report in the front-end which is run after the user inputs the required criteria in a form...i am experiencing a problem that when one user inputs the report criteria in the form and click 'Load Report', the report is not loading....the report just doesn't load...however when i try to do the same thing on 'my' terminal it laods immediately..and i'm accessing the same front-end. i tried logging out and let the other user to run it, report still doesn't load..
any help would be greatly appreciated since i need to get this sorted quickly !!!!
