Problem with creation of Search Form in Access 2007

Hi,
I was trying to build a search form in MS Access and I was using this video link as a reference a video from datapigtechnologies/flashfiles/searchform(Add www and .html to the front and end of the link respectively, since I can't post the link I'm doing this.)

I tried to replicate all the steps followed in this example, but at the end its not working. Can someone please help me on this? The 'Clear Parameters' button and 'Run Query Button' is not working.
FYI: I am using MS Access 2007. Thank you
