Problem with custom help system

I have made a simple help system for a simple database following "simple" instructions in a book! On my help I have a Contents list and a custom index based purely on my help files. When I test this it works OK and I have combined it with my database so that the relevant help appears for specific form, running OK so far. The problem is that my custom index will not appear, I keep getting the default index for Access, together with the answer wizard which I do not want. Any ideas how I can get my index to appear instead please?

Where do you want your custom index to appear?
You can customise help easily by specifying a help file in the report/form/control's properties but from the Database window, Access help will be the default help.

You can specify your own help for access by creating a user profile but it looks pretty daunting and I haven't tried it myself - as it involves meddling with the registry. I Just stick to the help on the forms!(chicken I know)
