Problem with Pie chart

I would like a pie chart to come out for each department. What is happening, I get the new data but the chart does not change.
How do I get the chart to reflect the changes in data?

When I did this, I put a command button on the form "Update Graph Data" with a Me.Refresh behind the OnClick event.

It works but there's probably other ways of doing it that others may have experience of.
