Problem with report for Mailing Lables

I am creatign a report so i can print mailing lables directly from access, I setup the report the fit the template of the lables, they layout and everythgin is fine. However I have three different fields that are used for a clients address, BusinessStreet, BusinessStreet2, BusinessStreet3, and I need to include all three fileds in the lable since some records utilize differents combinations of the fields. Is there a way I can add all three fields and have them display the data if applicable, but if the record is null can I hide that field so three wont be a blank space in the middle of the mailing lable. if this doesnt make sense I have described what I am trying to avoid below

John Smith
my house
123 west street

phila, pa 18181


another case may be


John Smith

123 west street

phila, pa 18181


Is there anythign I can do to remove that extra space is there is no data??

Sorry to waste your time, but I actually came across a very simple answer for this, all you have to do is set the "can shrink" property to yes and this work fine.
