Problems with editing and calling multi-Select (Multiple Value) fields (1 Viewer)

I have a problem with the multi-Select (Multiple Value) field display in the combo box section.

When I want to perform the editing operation and the data needs to be called from the table I get an error of 2448 (Time to use the form Frm_DisplayPlan).

2448: Cannot perform this operation.

If possible, check the sample and help correct the code.

Do you have to use a MVF? Because this will make a simple task complex.
A multi value field holds a second recordset so you cannot set the value of fld_Plan but you have to get Fld_Plans recordset and add or edit it child records.
