Products showing up 10 times each on invoice. Please help.

I need help please. I do not understand this invoice. Now each product is showing up 10 times each and it will not display a total.


Please help if you can. This invoice is starting to drive me crazy.

Total showing up now but it is adding things up 10 times because the products are showing up 10 times each on invoice. I looked on the order form and things appear to be fine here. It is displayint the orders right so I am not sure what to check next. Any help would be great. Thanks again guys.
