I have a database and have been keeping versions as I add code. I want the current version to be displayed at the top of the ACCESS screen. I go to the code window, select Tools Name, and the name I want is in there, I out in in there, but it does not display at the top of the ACCESS screen. An older version number is displayed. But at the top of the code window is the correct version.

Are you confusing the Application Name and the Project Name? They are not related. Application name is set under File Options Current Database where project is done in the Project Explorer.
As a matter of fact, I was confused. Thanks for sorting that out for me
